Required Skills:

Description:
Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Must be able to pull, route, terminate, and test successfully, various types of copper cabling and connectors (cat5, cat6, CATV coaxial, bundled cable, grounding wire, etc).

Measurement Technician – LP Services – Vance, Al

Project Scope:

  • Short term support for capability measurements in the Q-Release process
  • Conduction of process capability measurements. This contains:
    • reading measurement instructions
    • processing measurements independently in accordance with the provided instructions
      use different measurement tools (gages, laser measurement tools, etc)
    • documenting all relevant values in provided forms
    • informing/reporting the measurement results regularly to the responsible project participants (manager, PGL, equipment planner)
    • no travel expected

Requirements:

  • Flexibility, e.g. shift work (early, late or night shift)
  • Must always work under the safety policy of the Client (a safety orientation training will be conducted)
  • Candidate should be available for phase 1 and 2

Automotive Technical Support Administrator – LP Services – Vance, Al

Purpose of the Position: Under general supervision, this position supports assembly management. Assist assembly production with reporting and data analysis. Provide support with scheduling as well as problem solving and presentations regarding assembly information, statistics, milestones, and overall status.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain key documents and databases for assembly related topics.
  • Compile data from different sources to create pareto and trend charts to track overtime, safety, and cost on a monthly basis.
  • Track and forecast the department’s key statistical data in regard to cost, manpower and travel. Investigate and analyze deviations, and research discrepancies for resolution.

Education: Associates of Arts/Science Degree or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting a supervisory function in an administrative role and experience with vehicle and/or automotive processes in a quality department setting.

  • Experience in supporting managers with a calendar management and travel arrangements, budget tracking and reporting

Logistics Ramp Up Support – LP Services – Vance, Al

Job Description: Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for the body shop logistics planning ramp up. Dedicated deliveries planned for the different quality gates and trial phases which needs to be coordinated and tracked from the supplier via staging until the delivery to the point of installation. Daily tracking of incoming deliveries, Part levels and scheduling of delivery and cars will be the daily business as well as preparing the information on management slides.

Project Scope:

Part tracking body shop ramp-up logistics

  • Manage Supplier Releases through model year and engineering changes to minimize obsolesce.
  • Tracking of orderings during the ramp up with continuously communication with supplier and logistics service provider as well as logistics to schedule deliveries

Job Description: 

In need of an experienced plumber who can interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials. Along with installing pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids.

Responsibilities:

  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
  • Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)
  • Install and maintain water supply systems

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining electrical infrastructure. Your job will involve installing electrical wiring in buildings and poles, troubleshooting malfunctions and blackouts and repairing appliances.

Job Description: 

We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated HVAC Technician to join our growing staff. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and fixing our customers’ heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Candidates should have extensive experience handling, installing, and fixing HVAC equipment, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision.

HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities

To ensure inventory accuracy in Calera, AL cycle counting needs to occur on a daily basis. Support with clerical functions, counting of parts, database maintenance, data entry, filing, etc.
This position requires working prior to shift startup.

Project Scope:
Cycle Counter
• Ensure inventory accuracy
• Conduct cycle counts
• Maintain database for inventory correctness
